Payment terms for event at Vanja

When booking an event on Vanja a deposit will be charged

at half the price "VAT free in Denmark".

The deposit must be paid within 7 days after the order confirmation is received by email. 

If catering is required, this must be settled no later than 5 days after the event has taken place.

Remaining ship rent is paid no later than 2 months before the event starts.

When you book a cabin at Vanja, the full price is charged immediately.
